How do I log into my BizzyB account?
1. Go to app.bizzyb.com. Click Login in the top right corner and enter your Email. You can sign in with any email that’s listed on your BizzyB account.
2. Click Password and enter your password.
3. Click Sign in.
How do I log out of BizzyB?
1. Click your profile icon and scroll down,
- If you’re on your phone, click on the hamburger icon in the top right, then select your profile icon and scroll down.
2. Click Log Out at the bottom of the menu that appears.
How do I remove a saved account?
1. Log into your BizzyB account.
2. Click on your profile icon and go to Security under Settings,
- If you’re on your phone, click on the hamburger icon in the top right, then select your profile icon and scroll down Security under Settings.
3. Click on my devices.
4. Here you can remove/delete one device or multiples devices at once.
I don't know if I still have a BizzyB account.
1. Go to app.bizzyb.com.
2. Type your Email that is listed on your BizzyB account.
3. If that Email is not associated with your BizzyB account, the app itself will inform you that the given Email is invalid.
I have two BizzyB accounts. Can I merge them?
How can I make sure I don’t lose access to my BizzyB account?
If you ever forget your password, you’ll want to be prepared ahead of time with a way to get back into your BizzyB account without it.
Have an up to date way for us to contact you. We’ll be able to send you a confirmation code to reset your password from a trusted email. Please make sure you’re the only person who can access the email address on your BizzyB account.
There are also other ways you can make sure not to lose access to your BizzyB account.
1. While creating your password, make sure it’s strong enough.
2. Remember not to share your password with anyone else.
3. Don’t save your password if you’re not logging into BizzyB with your personal device.
