I can't log in to BizzyB.
1. Make sure you have a solid internet connection so that you don’t face any network issues.
2. Enter an Email that is associated with your BizzyB account.
3. If the Email is valid, you’ll need to enter your BizzyB password.
4. The correct password will take you to your account but if you’ve forgotten it, you may click on Forgot Password.
5. You will be asked to re-enter your Email to reset your password.
6. A request will be sent to your BizzyB account to reset your password.
I'm not receiving the email to reset my BizzyB password.
1. Go to bizzyb.com/contact. This is the contact page where you’ll be able to inquire about various topics regarding BizzyB.
2. Enter your Name and valid Email where they’ll be able to contact you.
3. From Your Interests select Service Support.
4. In the message box, inform them that you did not receive the email to reset your BizzyB password.
5. Click Submit.
The Support Team will then examine the problem and will get back to you regarding the necessary steps that you’ll need to take in order reset your password.
